Wetsel Seed Microgreens, "Kohlrabi Purple Vienna" 3g

These microgreens have deep green leaves with stunning purple stems. They have a mild, sweet flavor and are similar to other Brassicas. They are a great base for any microgreens salad and their beautiful color makes them great garnishes or additions to any sandwich or slaw. Broadcast sow in shallow containers year round in an indoor location with bright light. Supplemental bottom heat may aid germination. Keep evenly moist by watering from the bottom and rotate the container for even light coverage if needed. Harvest as soon as the second set of leaves form by making a clean cut through the base of stems with sharp scissors.
