Wetsel Seed Vegetable, "Sweet Corn, Honey 'N Pearl Hybrid" 10g

This corn was bred to contain twice the sugar of regular sweet corn and produces delicious, well-formed ears up to 9 inches long, with shiny yellow and white kernels. Ears retain their sweet flavor, tender kernels and good texture on the stalk and after harvest which is much longer than regular sweet corn varieties. Excellent fresh, frozen or canned.

• Planting Information:
  When and where to plant: Select a sunny location and plant after last frost and when the soil has warmed. To insure good pollination sow seed in blocks of at least four rows, side by side. Isolate from other varieties to insure superior eating qualities. For best results, loosen soil, fertilize with vegetable food and smooth with rake. Firm soil over seed and keep moist. For succession, plant every 2 weeks until mid-summer.
  Care: Cultivate or mulch to control weeds. Keep soil moist.
  Harvesting: Pick when silks turn brown, and ears are firm. Refrigerate until use.
  Storage: Store seed in cool, dry place. Heat and moisture can severely reduce germination.
